Dental plaque is better cleaned as early as possible before turning into tartar, which will be more difficult to remove. Removing dental plaque can be done in the following ways:- Brushing teeth at least 2 times a day with toothpaste containing fluoride.
- Use a toothbrush with a soft bristle brush.
- Brush your teeth with the right technique, especially in the meeting between the teeth and gums.
- Using mouthwash that contains antiseptics routinely every day, in order to eliminate harmful bacteria that form plaque.
- Clean between your teeth with dental floss (dental floss) every day.
